Lit by Mummy xxxxx 7th November 2014
Hi Baby Girl, Mummy has been out for tea tonight with my friend Kelly-Anne which was nice, and I'm looking forward to a weekend of getting straight at home ready for your baby sister arriving! We had another growth scan on Wednesday and she is doing very well, she weighs just over 5lb 2oz already! We have been given the induction date now, we are booked in for 10am on Saturday 6th December. That's provided she goes head down by then though as currently she still seems quite comfortable lying across Mummy's tummy instead! Not like you who was a very good girl and went head down at 28 weeks and stayed that way to the end. Mummy might have to have a ceasarean section if she doesn't play. I don't really care how she gets here though as long as she arrives safely. We got a great picture of her face this time and she looks like a little cherub, it's very sweet but I don't like to think of her as a cherub though as we've had enough babies with wings! Daddy and I are keen to get to the end now, we just want to hold her in our arms and know she is safe. We are very nervous about the birth but we'll just have to be brave and strong and get each other through it. We know that you will be looking down on us and looking after her. Faye is very excited now, she knows she only has two more times of coming for the weekend and then the next time she comes will be to meet her new baby sister. We are looking forward to Christmas this year after cancelling it last year, we just wish you could be with us too. Mummy has been doing well getting things sorted and having a clearout at home, but there is still so much I want to get through. I finish work in two weeks and can't wait to have a bit more time on my hands for a couple of weeks to get stuck in to finishing all my jobs off. I hope I get lots done this weekend and make more progress though, that will help! I went through all Faye's toys etc with her last weekend to make more room and she was so grown up and got rid of loads of stuff she hasn't touched for years. Anything she knew was way too young for her, but that she was attached to, got given to the baby so she can still see it around which I thought was funny. I went to see my friend Shell on Monday and little Aston, and got an invitation to his Christmas Christening on Sunday 21st December which will be lovely, it'll be a challenge to get there in plenty of time though with a maximum two week old baby! I have been asked to be his Godmother which I am over the moon about, I'm so chuffed she chose to ask me. It will be so special going to Aston's Christmassy Christening with our new little baby and also becoming his Godmother :) I think I have updated you on everything now since last week, I'd better get Daddy to bed now as he's falling asleep on the sofa bless him! I love you very very much and miss you loads Baby Girl, hope you are having lots of fun up in Heaven xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
