Hi Baby Girl,
Mummy is starting a new market stall on Fridays in Shrewsbury for Giggle Bump Baby next week, and Daddy and I have been out buying stock lately for that and for online, so we are drowning in baby clothes at the moment! I've bought some beautiful outfits that I'd love to have seen you in.
I think Daddy is going fishing for a few days or maybe even a week tomorrow, so it looks like a quiet weekend for me, although I have got a lot of work to do sorting things out. Maybe I'll have a film night with a blanket on the sofa tomorrow night though. The house is very empty when there's only me here, it makes me miss you more. We'd have waved Daddy off and had some special time together until he came home with lots of fish.
I haven't been doing too good lately sweetheart, I seem to miss you more now than I ever have and I am very teary, but I do remember that a rough patch around 7-8 months is normal in the pattern of grief that Sands gave us so I'm sure it will pass one day. Daddy is the same, we've been like this since we got back from Cornwall in July but it just seems to get worse instead of better. I guess all we can do is hang on in there eh, we don't exactly have a lot of choice do we.
I'm looking for a job now to bring in some money while I work on Giggle Bump Baby, maybe it will do me some good to get out of the house and see people, I am lonely.
Anyway, on a positive note we went to our friends Dave and Rachel's wedding on Saturday and it was lovely. We had a good time for a change and I let my hair down and had a good dance with my friends, so it's not all bad!
I'm thinking about your first birthday at the moment and how I can mark the day in a special way for you. I don't know what to do, nothing seems good enough for my Baby Girl!
Nanny Di and Grandad Harry won't be here for it as they are going on their holidays to America for 6 weeks the day before. I'm not sure what Nanna Wendy is planning to do but she may also be away.
Anyway, I'd better go and ring Nanna Wendy as she's just got back from her holidays and will want to tell me all about it.
